STEP 5: SPINNING & YARN PRODUCTION

completing the material’s transformation from waste to usable yarn - Aquafil Group.


STEP 6: WEAVING

- Cadorago, Italy: Using the spun nylon yarn to weave it into high-quality technical fabrics -

- St Julien en St Alban, France: Sourcing high-performance bi-stretch lining fabrics
from Payen, a leader in elastic textiles since 1965 - Payen Pagastic.


STEP 8: HARDWARE SOURCING

- Mendrisio, Switzerland: Sourcing premium zippers and fasteners from Riri for final
product assembly - Riri.


STEP 9: DRAWSTRING CORD SOURCING

- Andrezé, France: Sourcing of recycled polyester cord – Société Choletaise de Fabrication.


STEP 10: CUT & SEW - QUALITY INSPECTION

- Sindh, Pakistan: Garments are assembled at ZERO WASTE STUDIO, a couture atelier,
with each piece being thoroughly inspected by SUNBERG Private Limited, a quality
control company, to ensure the highest quality - ZERO WASTE STUDIO & SUNBERG.
