Why is your return policy more selective?
As a Parisian fashion house dedicated to handcrafting garments in limited quantities, we invite clients to purchase with intention. Every piece is made with care — returns can compromise this delicate balance. Our policy ensures we remain respectful of the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved.
What is your return timeframe?
You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. Beyond this window, we are unable to accommodate returns.
Do you offer refunds?
For standard returns, we offer store credit or exchange.
Refunds are reserved for exceptional cases involving faults or order errors.
Products may be returned for exchange or refunded due to:
- The product arrived in damaged condition.
- Wrong product been shipped.
- Size does not fit.
Which items are eligible for return?
To be accepted, items must be:
- In unused, unworn and in original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Carefully repacked to ensure safe return.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these criteria or appears inconsistent with responsible purchasing (e.g. bulk multi-size orders).
Returns on discounted and promotional items:
Products purchased during promotional events or at discounted prices — including but not limited to Black Friday promotions, Christmas offers, seasonal sales, limited-time reductions, bundles, or any promotional pricing applied at checkout — are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All discounted items are final sale.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming items. In such cases, customers may request a repair, replacement, or an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable EU and French consumer protection laws.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us at relations@truetribe.paris with your order number and reason for return. A member of our Client Services team will assist you personally.
Who covers return shipping?
- For standard returns: shipping is at your expense
- For incorrect or defective items: we cover all return costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will my credit or exchange be processed?
Once your return is received and approved, we process exchanges or issue store credit within 5–7 business days. Store credits do not expire.
