Worldwide delivery, taxes and duties included.
We deliver TRUE TRIBE pieces worldwide, with all your tax and duty obligations handled for you on qualifying orders. Our shipping is operated by DHL and FedEx, ensuring trusted, trackable delivery wherever you are.
01 Free shipping over €150 worldwide
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €150 to eligible destinations, with taxes and duties included where the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is displayed at checkout.
Under this Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement, we pre-pay all applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf. For DDP-eligible destinations confirmed at checkout, you will not be asked to pay additional duties when your order is delivered.
02 Orders below €150
For orders below €150, shipping costs and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout and disclosed to you before you confirm your order. The total amount you see at checkout is the total amount you pay; there are no hidden fees on delivery.
03 Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on your destination. Estimates below are indicative and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These times are measured from order to door and include made-to-order production. A made-to-order piece may add up to one business day, depending on quantity.
04 Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time on the carrier's portal.
05 Customs and import (orders below €150 outside the EU)
For orders below €150 shipped to destinations outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and any related administrative charges may apply on import. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated according to the laws of the destination country. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
For qualifying orders above €150 shipped to destinations where the DDP option is displayed at checkout, no additional duties apply at delivery (see section 01 above).
06 Lower-impact shipping
We work with our shipping partners to reduce the environmental impact of every delivery. Our packaging is designed to minimise waste, and we select lower-impact shipping options where available.
07 Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon physical receipt of the package, in accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code. If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us at relations@truetribe.paris immediately so we can assist.
08 Incorrect delivery address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of order.
09 Delayed delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the time communicated at checkout, please contact us at relations@truetribe.paris. Under French consumer law, you may request performance within an additional reasonable period and, if delivery is not made within that period, cancel the order in accordance with Articles L.216-1 to L.216-8 of the French Consumer Code.
10 Restricted destinations
We are unable to ship to certain destinations due to legal or carrier restrictions. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear, please contact us at contact@truetribe.paris and we will advise on possible arrangements.
