TRUE TRIBE (SUNBERG SAS) is committed to making www.truetribe.paris accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are working to conform to the applicable requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as a reference standard.

01 Conformance status

The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard; we are actively working to address these.

02 Measures we take

  • Designing for compatibility with current assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Using sufficient colour contrast and legible typography across the Site.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images where practicable.
  • Reviewing accessibility as part of significant site and theme updates.

03 Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. No accessibility issues are currently identified. Where we become aware of one, we will work to resolve it.

If you encounter any difficulty using the Site, or need help completing a purchase, please contact us and we will provide assistance and, where needed, an alternative means of completing your transaction:

05 Feedback and enforcement

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the competent national authority: the Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (DGCCRF), the French authority that monitors compliance with the European Accessibility Act. Consumer reports may be submitted online through the SignalConso platform at signal.conso.gouv.fr.
